Answers, not dashboards

Most analytics tell you what happened. You already know what happened — you need to know why, and what to do next. Bring us a decision and your data. We find the real drivers with actual statistics, and come back with a clear answer and a recommended way forward — in plain language, not a hundredpage deck

Our approach — a standard structure, applied with judgement:

Explore

We get to know your data before we trust it — how it was collected, what the fields really mean, where it's incomplete, biased or mislabelled. The point isn't pretty charts; it's finding where the data will mislead you, so everything built on it later holds up. A spike is often a system change, not a signal — knowing the difference is half the job

Frame the real question

Most bad analysis fails here, not in the maths — it answers the wrong question with great precision. "Should we hold cash or buy inventory?" really means: improve what — liquidity, return, room to grow? We pin the decision down first — what you're actually choosing between, and what would change your mind — so the analysis moves the decision, not just the spreadsheet.

Find the root cause

We run the tests that fit the question, control for the confounders a quick look misses, and stress the result against other explanations before we believe it. This is where correlation gets mistaken for cause — and where a confident wrong answer does the most damage. We separate the real driver from the coincidence, and we're honest about how sure we are.

Recommend

We turn the finding into a specific call — what to do, what it trades off, and the risk if you're wrong — in plain business language, with the evidence behind it. Something you can take to your board or your regulator and defend. Not "here's the data," but "here's what we'd do, and why."

How it Works

  • You define the challenge. The decision you’re trying to make, or the problem you can’t explain.
  • We interrogate the data. Clean it, model it, test it — statistics, not hunches.
  • We give you the answer. The real drivers, the evidence behind them, and what we’d do about it
